This running tour will allow you to meet new people, view scenic areas, and learn a little about the history of the city. You will be able to see more than you would on a riding tour and feel great about it. You can start early by getting your heart pumping and finish early enough to enjoy the rest of your day relaxing by the river. This is a small-group tour with no more than 10-20 runners so you help set the pace.

Begin at the specified location.

Stop A:

We will take a 2-3 minute break which is timed by your tour guide. Your tour guide will announce the group pace, take accountability, explain the significance of the stop, and take pictures.

We will take a 1-2 minute break which is timed by your tour guide. Your tour guide will announce the group pace, take accountability, explain the significance of the stop, and take pictures.

Stop C:

We will take about 5 minutes break which is timed by your tour guide. Your tour guide will announce the group pace, take accountability, explain the significance of the stop, and take pictures.
