<h5><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">Northern Michigan Children&#39;s Assessment Center is pleased to announce the Annual Higgins Lake Sunrise Run featuring a half-marathon race around the east side of beautiful Higgins Lake. The half marathon starts from the Higgins Lake North State Park and finishes at the Higgins Lake South State Park.
