Join us for our 41st Annual Henry Ford Jackson Race to Health on Sunday, September 7th, 2025 at the beautiful Cascades Park in Jackson. 

 

Here’s the run down!   NEW this year - ALL participants receive a FINISHERS MEDAL!                     

5K Run at 8:00 am                             

5K Walk at 8:05 am                        

Kids Fun Run (ages 3 - 12) at 9:00 am (Kids get a FREE “Run Wild” tie dye T-shirt and Finishers Medal))

T-shirts for everyone who registers by August 28th. Sizes available after that date as supplies last. 

Prize money for top overall and master winners

Medals for top 3 winners in each age group

 

Pricing: $30 until 8/31, $35 from 9/1 until 9/06. Race day is $45. Register by August 28th to secure a t-shirt in your size! Limited shirts available for late registrations.

Early Packet Pickup: Will be held on Saturday, September 6th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the race location, Cascades Park in Jackson

Race Day Packet Pickup: Race day morning starting at 7:00 am at the race start/finish area and will remain open until the 5k walk starts. 

 

Proceeds: Support the Henry Ford Health community wellness programs
