Heart of Luverne Virtual 5k Walk/Run Race Information

<p>Join us for the Heart of Luverne Virtual 5K Walk/Run, a special event created to honor the beautiful life and legacy of Luverne Hill, who passed away from sudden cardiac arrest and lived with congestive heart failure.</p> <p>Luverne was a kind, generous woman who treated everyone with compassion and love. She was a devoted grandmother, known for her warm hugs, her amazing home-cooked meals, and the way she made every person feel valued. Her heart truly made the world a better place.</p> <p>This virtual event takes place during Luverne’s birthday week (August  6th). Participants can complete their 5K (3.11 miles) any time between August 3–10, 2025, from anywhere in the world — walk, jog, or run at your own pace!</p> <p>Whether you’re walking in memory of someone you love, raising awareness for heart health, or simply showing support, your participation matters.
