<p>The Heart &amp; Sole 5K takes place to remember and honor <a title="Courtney Frazine" href="http://www.ppheartandsole5k.com/courtney.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><span style="color:#e03e2d"><b>Courtney Frazine</b></span></a>, a fellow runner who was taken from us WAY too soon as a result of a running accident. Proceeds from this event are donated to<a title="READ Muskegon" href="http://www.ppheartandsole5k.com/charity.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><span style="color:#e03e2d"><b> READ Muskegon</b></span></a>,<span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )"><strong> <span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )"><a style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )" href="https://loveincofmuskegon.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Love INC of Muskegon</a></span></strong></span>, and <span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )"><a style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )" href="https://kidsfoodbasket.org/mk-feeding-our-future/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>Kids Food Basket</strong></a></span>, charities that held a special place in Courtney&#39;s heart as she was an elementary teacher who helped children and anyone who needed help. Fruitport Congregational Church graciously provides their property for us to host this very enjoyable 5K run AND walk. Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 8:30 AM, is the date and time for this memorial run AND walk. All of the participants will receive a long-sleeved &#34;Dri-Fit&#34; tech shirt. Awards will be given for overall and age group winners, going 3 deep. In 2024, 18,000 was raised, split up, and donated to READ Muskegon, Kids Food Basket, and Love INC of Muskegon. We welcome the privilege to see and serve you at this year&#39;s Heart &amp; Sole 5K in Memory of Courtney Frazine.</p>
