Headstrong 5K

Join us on Saturday, September 27, 2025, for the Headstrong 5K, a run/walk along the scenic coastline at DCR Pilgrim Memorial State Park in Plymouth, MA, created in memory of loved ones lost too soon to brain aneurysms.

This event is deeply personal. I lost my mother to a brain aneurysm when I was just 12 years old. My co-organizer’s uncle also suffered from a brain aneurysm, leaving a lasting impact on her family. Together, we are organizing this race not just to honor their memories, but to raise awareness, bring our community together, and support the life-saving work of the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or someone who just wants to walk for a cause, the Headstrong 5K is for everyone. You can run, jog, walk, or cheer — every step helps shine a light on this silent, often overlooked condition.
