TLC Chiropractic is hosting our Fourth Annual Head Heart & Hands
5K Run/1 Mile Walk
on Saturday, September 27th, 2025.

For the past three years, we’ve been honored to donate the proceeds of our race to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). Thanks to our amazing community:

In 2022, we donated $1,299

In 2023, we donated $1,427

In 2024, we donated $2,560

This year, our goal is to raise $3,500—and with your help, we know we can do it! Join us in making a difference for mental health. Every step counts.
