<div><h4>Description</h4><p><p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Half Day Hoopla is a fun-filled recreation program for elementary school age children on MCPS half days. Children meet at the Activity Center to participate on a trip to Bowl America. Students from any elementary school can attend, but parents must provide transportation to the Activity Center. A small snack is provided; however students should eat lunch prior to the start of the Half Day Hoopla. A late fee of $1 for every minute will be charged to parents upon late arrival.
