Description

No experience is necessary for this introduction to gymnastics. Students are introduced to equipment, proper form and safety, and basic skills including forward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels. Participants will also work on improving their gross motor skills through running, jumping, and balance, while transitioning to an autonomous learning environment.
