About Gymnastics - Tiny Tumblers

Description

No experience is necessary for this introduction to gymnastics. Students are introduced to equipment, proper form and safety, and basic skills including forward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels. Participants will also work on improving their gross motor skills through running, jumping, and balance, while transitioning to an autonomous learning environment.


Parents are required to be in the YMCA during this class, but should not stay in the gym other than the first and last day of class.
