<div><h4>Description</h4><p><p><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><br></font></p><p><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Masters Swim is a year round program that is designed for adults of all ages and for swimmers who want to improve their overall fitness, develop better technique, train for a triathlon, or are just attracted to the water. </font></p><p><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">The goal of the program is to promote physical fitness through swimming. Our coach will help improve stroke technique both to avoid injury and to improve performance.</font></p><p><br></p><p><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><font color="#000000"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong><font color="#ff6600">Prerequisites:</font></strong> </font></font></font></p><p><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Participants must be able to swim 500 yards of the freestyle stroke without rest. </font></p><p><font face="Verdana"><br></font></p><p><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><font color="#000000"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong><font color="#ff6600">What Do I Need:</font></strong> </font></font></font></p><p><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Participants must wear bathing suits.
