Glow for Recovery 5K Run/Walk

Join us for the Glow for Recovery 5K Run/Walk, a FREE recovery awareness run/walk held in honor of National Recovery Month on Friday, September 12, 2025 beginning at 7:55pm on the campus of Severns Valley Baptist Church.

This fun, family-friendly event celebrates the strength, hope, and resilience of individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health recovery. Whether you're walking in support of someone you love, to celebrate your own journey, or to show your community spirit, you're invited to light up the night with us! Glow Up Stations – Stop by our paint station before the walk to add some extra glow with neon paint! Glow Gear Encouraged – Dress in your brightest neon, glow-in-the-dark, and light-up gear to shine on the course. T-Shirts Available – Participation is free, but event t-shirts will be available for purchase during registration if you register before August 28th at 11:59pm.
