<p>Game Changers Running Store and the Golden Isles Track Club Presents the Repeater 5k Challenge!</p> <p>The Challenge: Run as many 3-mile laps every 45 minutes as you can. If you complete all 12 laps, that will be 36 miles<br />12 x 45 minute 3 miles laps</p> <p>8:00 a.m. Start<br />5:00 p.m. End of last lap<br />Laps begin and end at the Game Changers store in Red Fern Village, the route will be the Monday night usual route. </p> <p>For each lap completed you will receive 1 or more entries to a drawing for 1 pair of free pair of shoes from Game Changers.<br />For example: <br />Lap 1 = 1 entry<br />Lap 2 = 2 entries<br />Lap 3 = 3 entries</p> <p>Note:<br />To earn drawing entries, you must start at 8 a.m. and run the laps consecutively. <br />You can come after 8 a.m. to run laps but will not receive drawing entries. </p> <p>-$10 fee &#43;registration fee</p> <ul><li>Overall Winner will receive a free pair of shoes and a medal/trophy. This is the only award for this event. Overall Winner is the runner who First, completes the most laps Secondly completes them the fastest in case of a tie. </li></ul> <p> <br />-No shirts or age group awards<br />-A SWAG Bag for anyone who completes the challenge<br />-Encourage the use of Strava or Garmin to log the miles<br />-We will have a clock to track the 45 minutes per lap<br />-Must complete each 3-mile lap within 45 minutes<br />-Each runner begins the lap at the same time<br />-Will have nutrition throughout the day for participants<br /><br />-Proceeds benefit the Glynn Academy Cross Country Team<br />-Sponsored by Game Changers Running Store and Golden Isles Track Club</p>
