Simply show up an hour and a half before race start to help and about 15 minutes before race starts, you can join everyone at the starting line for pre-race warmup. Then after you run the race and recover you get to help us hand out awards and refreshments!!</h5> <h5><strong>Want to serve your running community and still get the swag? </strong>No problem, just click on volunteer on the above menu and choose from the positions still available.
