For 60 years the <a style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )" href="http://www.efde.org" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware</a> has been providing free services, trainings, and educational and support programs throughout the state.
