Freedom 5k Community Run/Walk

Lace up and hit the streets for the 1st Annual Conkrete Society 5K Community Run/Walk — a high-energy, all-levels race designed to bring our community together through movement, wellness, and street culture!

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, this fun, flat 5K route is perfect for athletes, walkers, families, and wellness seekers alike. The race kicks off in front of Upstate Nutrition (655 Fairview Rd Suite T, Simpsonville, SC) and loops through a safe, well-marked course with hydration stations, hype music, and community support along the way.

Entry Fee: Just $5 — your contribution supports grassroots community efforts and future Conkrete Society wellness initiatives.

What to Expect:

•A festive, energetic block party atmosphere

•Wellness activations before and after the run

•Local vendors, music, and community vibes

All proceeds go toward building sustainable, community-driven health programs in the Upstate.
