The fact is either not readily addressed, quietly spoken about or simply ignored.</span></h3> <h3><span style="color:#000000">The Fort Mardi Gras 5k is designed to address Mental Health /Dis&#43;ease by promoting proper exercise, creating healthy minds, coordinating wellness and encouraging mental stability.
