<p><span><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>The Folsom Lake Triathlons</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">The Folsom Lake Sprint and Super Sprint Triathlons are at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake offering a lake swim, scenic bike courses closed to traffic, and trail runs along the lake.&nbsp;</span></p><h4>Event details and schedule</h4><p></p><p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Folsom Lake Triathlons</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Granite Beach, Folsom Lake&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">The Folsom Lake Sprint and Super Sprint Triathlons take place at beautiful Granite Beach, Folsom Lake, each featuring a lake swim, scenic road bike on country roads and a beautiful trail run.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">Included for each competitor in the <span>the Sprint and Super Sprint distance Triathlons is&nbsp;</span>a swim cap, post race refreshments, pair of TBF Racing socks and a custom Folsom Lake Triathlon Finisher Hat.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">Commemorative Folsom Lake Triathlon race t-shirts are available for $20 when ordered before May 3rd.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">First place Male and Female in the Folsom Lake Sprint and Super Sprint Triathlon will receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards thee deep in each ten-year age group for both races, and Relay Team awards for the Top team in each Division of Male, Female and Coed for the Sprint Triathlon.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Distances</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">Folsom Lake Super Sprint Triathlon - 400 yard swim-5 mile bike-2 mile run.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">Folsom Lake Sprint Triathlon - 1/2 mile swim-10 mile bike-3 mile run.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Relay Teams</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">Relay Teams awards will be for top three in male, female and coed divisions for the Folsom Lake Sprint Triathlon.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Packet Pick Up Information</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">Packet Pick-up for the Sprint &amp; Super Sprint Triathlons will be on&nbsp;race morning&nbsp;at the race venue from 6:30 a.m. until 9 a.m.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Start Times:</strong></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: small;">Folsom Lake Super Sprint Triathlon - 8 a.m.</span>&nbsp;</strong><span style="font-size: small;">with waves to be announced.&nbsp;</span></p> <div> <span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Folsom Lake Sprint Triathlon - 9 a.m.&nbsp;</strong><span>with waves to be announced.&nbsp;</span></span> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Transition Area</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">The Transition area will be on a first-come basis, with the exception of Reserved Bike Racks for TRI Clubs. The transition area at all TBF Racing events is for athletes only. All non-athletes must remain outside of the transition area at all times on race day. Bodymarking will be take place at the entrance to the transition area and must be completed before you enter the transition area. Athletes will have their race number marked on their legs and arms and have their age division on their calf. Glass or bottles are not allowed in the transition area.</span></p> </div> <div> <span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Race for FREE Information</strong></span> </div> <p><span style="font-size: small;">Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing: Volunteers@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Refund and Transfer Information</strong></span>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: small;">TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Race transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Participant transfers are allowed for this event, with a $25 fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week.
