<p>The Flying Feet Summer Running Program is a 10-week training program designed to develop a base of fitness for fall races.  Each runner will have a training plan to follow based on their individual history and goals.  There will be coached workouts offered in Littlestown at 6:30pm on Tuesday and in Westminster at 6:30pm on Wednesday.  Coached workouts will also be offered every other Saturday.  Families with more than 2 individuals participating should inquire about a family discount.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Program highlights - </p> <p>•10-week training plans from Monday, June 16th through Sunday, August 24th<br />•Open to runners of all experience levels and paces<br />•Perfect for forming a base of fitness for fall races<br />•High school and college runners are welcome<br />•Each runner will have a training plan to follow<br />•Club 5K on 8/23 included for no additional cost<br />•Coach workouts weekly<br />•Choose either 6:30pm Tuesday in Littlestown or 6:30pm Wednesday in Westminster<br />•Every other Saturday morning in either Littlestown or Westminster</p> <p> </p> <p>For more details or to ask questions, please use the contact button.</p> <p> </p>
