Flash Fit Virtual 5k/10k/Half!

Let's do it again! The feedback from the first virtual race was positive, so let's continue keeping each other motivated and accountable this fall! Run your "race" any time between September 28th and October 5th to submit results. 

Pick your distance: 5k, 10k, or 13.1. Complete your race and share your results with me via Final Surge, Strava, plotaroute, etc. I will collect results and share with everyone running! **Results must be submitted to me by COB Monday, October 6th to be included.
