Firefly Dash 5K

Light up the night at the Firefly Dash 5K! ✨ Grab your glow sticks and neon gear for this glow-themed run/walk, the 4th race in the 2025 Stride & Stroll Race Series.

Participants will start on the bypass, head to Washington Park, weave through the Market St./Church St. neighborhood, and finish at Roane County Family Health Care.
