A Race to Benefit Children who have lost a parent to Cancer.
Everyone knows someone touched by Cancer, so you know what?? F*** CANCER! I know its harsh, but sometimes you have to just feel your feelings. Come run or walk it out. Can't attend the live event? Virtual option includes: Bib, shirt, medal and swag mailed out prior to the race date so you can run virtually at the same time, or anytime in the month of October. Be sure to submit your proof, and tag #FcancerRace on IG The race will be professionally chip timed, and every runner will receive a beautiful custom medal of the race logo, T-shirt, and awesome swag bag of goodies!
22% of the profits will go to The Totally RAD Foundation, from my hometown of California. In honor of my dear friend Rebecca Dahl. 100% of additional race donations will go to benefit local families in Lake County suffering financially due to Cancer.
We will have a post race party with food, music and raffle where we will be giving away some amazing prizes from local donors. Runners walkers, and strollers welcome. Special prize for the top 3 men and women in each event. 5 year age group awards = Bonus medal! Dogs allowed on leash. (allow fast runners first)
These days I try to say "Faith Cancer!!!" Have faith! and Stay STRONG!!! Let all get together and run for a cause that has touched so many and bring some positive energy, love, and friendship back to the runners of Lake County.
