<p><strong><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:18pt">EHOHx12 Challenge: Run Every Hour On the Hour</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:14pt">Back by popular demand!</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14pt">Join us for a day of endurance, camaraderie, and nature at the EHOHx12 Challenge.  Fundraising for McKaig Nature Center</span></p> <ul><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt"><strong>What is it?</strong> Run every hour on the hour for 12 hours.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt"><strong>Why?</strong> <em>Why not?</em> Challenge yourself, connect with like-minded individuals, and experience the satisfaction of pushing your limits.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt"><strong>Where? </strong>McKaig Nature Center with a base in the Roberts School parking lot.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt"><strong>When?</strong> October 25th. The first run starts at 7:00 AM, and the last run is at 6:00 PM.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt"><strong>Prizes?</strong> No, just the incredible feeling of accomplishment and the opportunity to spend a day with fellow enthusiasts.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt"><strong>Why?</strong> As a fundraiser for the McKaig Nature Center. Donors will pledge $ for each mile ran. </span></li></ul> <p><span style="font-size:14pt">The Details:</span></p> <ul><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt"><strong>Choose your distance:</strong> Half marathon, marathon, ultra, or any distance you desire.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">We&#39;ve mapped out 1, 1.5, 2, and 3-mile loops.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">Run your chosen distance at the top of each hour, from 7 AM to 6 PM.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">Complete one lap at double your chosen distance for a total distance challenge (e.g., run 1 mile for 12 hours, then run 2 miles for an extra lap).</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">Bring your own gear: Lawn chairs, food, hydration, and anything else you need.</span></li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">McKaig Nature Center will provide access to a restroom and hand wash station.</span></li></ul> <p><span style="font-size:14pt">Please consider donating a few dollars to support our mission.  via RunSignUp or v</span><span style="font-size:14pt">isit <a href="http://EnjoyMcKaig.org/donate" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">EnjoyMcKaig.org/donate</a>, Venmo (&#64;ParkRanger-McKaig), or pay cash at the event.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14pt">Leash and Scoop.
