That&#39;s why we&#39;re excited that a portion of the profits of this event will go towards student scholarships at Manna University and local community projects with the Manna Dream Center!<br /><br /></p> <p>This a great event for the whole family with our Dream Run 5K and our Kids Fun Run 1K! Join us at this event and <i>Connect to a Bigger Dream</i> as we raise awareness for these two local non-profit organizations. Manna University has a dream to educate, equip, and empower emerging leaders to change the world. The Manna Dream Center has a dream to reach people with the love of Christ by meeting both their physical and spiritual needs. What&#39;s your <i>dream</i>?<br /><br /></p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Race Day Details</strong></span></p> <p>Certified 5k route in downtown Fayetteville, NC<br />Saturday, September 20, 2025</p> <p>7:00am - day-of registration and packet pick-up</p> <p>7:50am - welcome, pre-race directions, national anthem, race line-up</p> <p>8:00am - 5k race starts</p> <p>7:00-8:40 - 1K day-of registration and packet pick-up</p> <p>8:45am - 1K Fun Run starts <em>(no award ceremony; all registered participants will receive a medal immediately after)</em></p> <p>9:00am - 5K Award Ceremony</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Fees</strong></span></p> <p>Individual Runner/Walker: $30<br />Runner/ Walker ages 5-12: $20<br />Fun Run 1K ages 4-9: $12<br /><br /></p> <p>Family/Group of 5 or more - $25 adult/$20 youth (ages 5-12)</p> <p> *Children in strollers will not be included in the averaged time for that group/family<br /><br />*<b><u>Shirts are guaranteed with registration until September 1 for Dream Run 5K ONLY.<br /><br /></u></b></p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>VIRTUAL RACE OPTION</strong></span><br />Can&#39;t make it for the race in person, but still want the sweet swag?  You&#39;re in luck!  We will have a virtual option for this 5k race.</p> <p>Here&#39;s how it works:<br />1. Register for the virtual race. Pricing is the same as in-person race. Please register by 9/1 to be guaranteed a T-shirt.<br />2. Run the race distance when it&#39;s convenient for you.<br />3. Get your swag in the mail.<br />It&#39;s that easy!<br />Shirt, bib, and some other sweet swag will be mailed to you, and the top male and female virtual runners will receive a virtual top prize! Also, if you post proof of your run on our social media page we will email you a digital finisher certificate. (To be entered into a chance to win a top prize, runners must prove their distance and pace.)<br /><br /></p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Medals and Prizes</strong></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"></span>Top 3 overall male and female will receive a medal and prize. Also top male and female of each age group will also receive a medal and prize. All kids who register and participate in the 1K fun run will receive a finisher medal.<br /><br /></p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Group Categories</strong></span><span style="text-decoration:underline"></span></p> <p>Largest overall group &amp; largest Manna Church site group will receive a prize (more group categories coming soon).<br /><br /></p> <p><u><b>Packet Pickup</b></u></p> <p>DICK&#39;S House of Sport on Friday, September 19 from 5-7pm.<br /><br /></p> <p><u><b>Day before Pick-Up will be available; DAY-OF registration &amp; check-in will be located at Festival Park.<br /><br /></b></u></p> <p><i>*Manna University is a biblical higher education institution dedicated to educating, equipping, and empowering emerging leaders to change the world. <br /> </i></p> <p><i>**The Manna Dream Center is part of the Dream Center network and is committed to reaching people with the love of Christ by meeting both their physical and spiritual needs. The Manna Dream Center serves our Fayetteville/Fort Bragg community in many ways. Our Dream Center Warehouse services disaster relief aid, backpack buddies and a food pantry, Our Ray Ave location houses the food and diaper pantry, a portable shower, laundry services, and benevolence. There are weekly addiction recovery and grief groups at the Ray Ave site. At the DC Shelter on Person St we serve lunch five days a week to those experiencing food insecurity and partner with the City of Fayetteville to provide a men’s shelter at the location. </i></p>
