About Don Osborne Memorial Run

Welcome to the 34th Annual Don Osborne Memorial Run hosted by the Oakdale Lions Club!

This event will happen rain or shine. Light snacks, fruit, juice, and water will be available for all participants.

  • What: 5k Run and 1 Mile Run/Walk on the flat, paved city streets with traffic control
  • Where: Williams Meyers Park (G Street and South Second Avenue) behind the Oakdale Library
  • When: Saturday, February 7th, 2026
    • 8:00am - 9:15am | Race day registration and packet pickup
    • 9:00am | 1 Mile Run/Walk start
    • 9:30am | 5k Run start
    • 10:15am | Awards Ceremony

Registration: Pre-register by end of January 26th to ensure your entry and your race shirt!!!
    ***Please note that registration fees will need to called into Alan Graham after January 26th. Contact information is below.
    ***Fee information in the next section. A convenience fee will be charged signing up online. There will be no extra fees if you mail in your entry form.

Awards: Gift certificates will be awarded to overall male and female winners in 1 Mile and 5k races. Medals will be awarded for top 3 finishers in each division in the 1 Mile and 5k races.

 

Division: Separate male and female divisions as well as age groups for each race. Age groups are as follows:
    1 Mile Run/Walk:
        5 & under | 6- 9 | 10-12 | 13-15 | 16-19 | 20-29 | 30-39 | 40-49 | 50-59 | 60-69 | 70-79 | 80+
    5k Run:
        6- 9 | 10-12 | 13-19 | 20-29 | 30-39 | 40-49 | 50-59 | 60-69 | 70-79 | 80+
