Check Registration Dates in details.</font><p><p class="MsoNormal">Wrangle up your hats and lassos-EPRD is headed to the Rodeo! </p><p class="MsoNormal">Please Join EPRD and Active Adult Programs as we head out the 2026 Denver Stock Show for a day of rodeo fun! Bucking broncos, barrel racers, and plenty of cowboy charm! **Cowboy Hats and attire not required but heavily encouraged! **</p><p class="MsoNormal">We will be attending the Westernaire's Pro Rodeo Championship (Bracket 8, Rodeo 1). Watch as World champion cowboys and cowgirls roll into Denver for the first major pro rodeo competition of the season. From barrel racing to bronc riding – team roping and mutton bustin’, you do not want to miss the match-up between these rodeo and animal athletes!</p><p class="MsoNormal">Stock Show information: </p><p class="MsoNormal"><a href="https://nationalwestern.com/">National Western Stock Show | Best 16 days in January, Denver Colorado</a></p><p class="MsoNormal">The registration costs for this event include: </p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul><li>Transportation to The Stock Show and back from Buchanan Park Recreation Center</li><li>Rodeo and General Admission Fees</li><li>Lunch at the Rodeo</li><li>Guided tour of The Stock Show grounds and vendors</li><li>Really bad Cowboy impressions</li><li>...and so much more! </li></ul><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Please Note</b>: This event is considered <b>MODERATE</b> in terms of difficulty. Participants must be able to use stairs to get on/off of vehicle, walk over uneven/grassy areas, and utilize public/temporary restrooms on their own. There is a good deal of walking associated with this outing as well. </p><p class="MsoNormal">ADA accommodation is not fully guaranteed at this event. We currently have availability for 2 Wheelchairs MAX for this outing. Walkers/Canes/Mobility Aids are more than welcome!</p><p class="MsoNormal">Event Schedule: </p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul><li>Please arrive at BPRC (Bristlecone Lounge) by 9:45am and be ready to load up and hit the road by 10:00am Sharp. </li><li>We will leave BPRC for the Convention Center at 10:00am, arriving at the Stock Show parking area by 10:50am. After unloading, we will take our time walking through the vendors area and animal exhibits. Petting the cows and horses are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! </li><li>Attendees are recommended to bring their own funding for purchases at the Stock Show at their leisure. You are more than welcome to buy snacks, hats, trinkets, gifts or anything that your heart desires!</li><li>Around 1:00pm, we will make our way to the Show Arena. The Rodeo will start at 1:30 and run until 3:00PM. A Hot Dog Lunch will be provided for you during the Rodeo Exhibition. </li><li>Upon the closing of the Rodeo, we will exit the arena and load back up on the bus no later than 3:20pm. We will then make our way back up to Evergreen and be back at BPRC no later than 4:15PM. Please have all transportation plans for getting home in place prior to leaving that morning.</li></ul><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Whether you're cheering on the bull riders or just here for the snacks and cowboy hats, it's sure to be a day of laughter, fun, and a little dust on your boots!
