Dashing Through the Springs 5K Run/Walk

Join us for the 2nd Annual Dashing Through the Springs 5K Run & Walk, a scenic route through the beautiful City of Miami Springs, hosted by the River Cities Rotary Club.

The race will begin and end at the Historic Curtiss Mansion, offering participants a unique opportunity to experience our charming, tree-lined streets and historic golf course. The race meet time is 6:30 and start time is promptly at 7:30 a.m.

Proceeds from the event will support the Rotary Club Foundation, a charitable arm of Rotary International, a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, leaders, and problem-solvers dedicated to creating lasting change in communities worldwide. Since its charter on April 22, 1952, the River Cities Rotary Club has been an active member of District 6990, serving the South Florida and Bahamas regions. Our club provides vital community services, including scholarships for local high school students through the Alex Bromir Scholarship, support for local projects, installation of wheelchair ramps for seniors, and much more. The Rotary Club is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

This family-friendly event is an excellent opportunity to stay active while supporting the Rotary Club’s impactful community work. Participants will also enjoy the rich history of the Curtiss Mansion, named after Glenn Curtiss, the father of Naval Aviation and a pioneering force in the development of South Florida.

The race will be professionally timed by AccuChip Timing.
