<p>Dash For Down Syndrome raises funds and awareness for the Eastern Idaho Down Syndrome Family Connect organization.  This is a day of celebration for the local Down syndrome community, their families, and supporters. We want to thank all of the sponsors, volunteers, and individuals that make this race possible.</p> <p><span style="color:#e03e2d"><b>EVENT INFORMATION</b></span><br />We are excited for race day, August 23, 2025, and can&#39;t wait to see you there! Our in-person race will be held at Snake River Landing in Idaho Falls!!!</p> <p><strong>REGISTER EARLY!!! </strong>The 1st 900 people who register are guaranteed a SWAG BAG!</p> <p>Any 10K and 3.21 Mile participants registered <strong><span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )">BEFORE</span> July 20th will be guaranteed a race t-shirt (or if you order an add-on shirt before July 20th). </strong></p> <p>Any participants registering <strong><span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )">after July 20th</span></strong> will<strong> <span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )">NOT</span> </strong>be guaranteed a race t-shirt. <strong> </strong></p> <p>We will have medals at the finish line of each race. You also MUST HAVE YOUR BIB ON when you cross the finish line to receive your official medal! </p> <p><i><b>If you register for the 10K or 3.21 Mile race you may also participate in the fun run! You do not need to register for both.  Only one registration per person is needed.</b></i></p> <p><b><span style="color:#e03e2d">INDIVIDUALS WITH DOWN SYNDROME</span></b><br />Individuals with Down syndrome who are registered for any of the three races will get a t-shirt, an engraved medal, and a racecourse poster.  They will be highlighted on race day to celebrate their successes!  If you are registering an individual with Down syndrome please choose the &#34;Individual with Down Syndrome&#34; registration option so we can make sure we have everything ready for them at the race!  Thank you! Call Rochelle Larsen at 208-716-6504 with any questions. </p> <p><b><span style="color:#e03e2d">PACKET PICK-UP</span></b><br />Friday, August 22, 2025<br />3:00 PM - 6:00 PM<br />Location: Eastern Idaho Down Syndrome Family Connect Office, 1675 S Woodruff, Idaho Falls, 83404<br />We are between Gandolfos and Red Clover. We will have our sponsor flags and our swag store up so make sure to take a look at those as you pick up your packets. You may have someone pick up your packet for you. You do not need to let us know ahead of time, you can just have the person picking up the packet let us know when they get here! Vector Timing will be timing this year. You will get your chipped bibs at Packet Pick-Up on August 23rd.</p> <p><span style="color:#e03e2d"><b>STARTING TIMES</b></span><br />10K- 8:45 am<br />3.21 Mile- 9:00 am (Walkers and Runners)<br />Fun Run/Walk- 10:30 am<br />(There will be a group photo right after the Fun Run/Walk and BEFORE the medal ceremony!)</p> <p><b><span style="color:#e03e2d">PARKING/RESTROOMS</span></b><br />Both will be available at the event site.</p> <p><b><span style="color:#e03e2d">MILES/TURNS</span></b><br />The courses will be clearly marked with signs and staffed with uniformed volunteers. Please obey their instructions for your protection and safety. There will also be a race map in each swag bag and posters at the race to help you see the routes ahead of time.</p> <p><b><span style="color:#e03e2d">FUN RUN</span></b><br />Starts at 10:30 AM. The course will be less than a mile.  (<span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )"><strong>NO shirts </strong></span>are given for the Fun Run but are available for purchase when you register.)</p> <p><span style="color:#e03e2d"><b>RESULTS</b></span><br />Vector Timing will have results uploaded on Run Sign Up.</p> <p><b><span style="color:#e03e2d">VOLUNTEERS</span></b><br />Our race doesn&#39;t exist without our volunteers.
