<p>Help us kick off <span style="text-decoration:underline;color:rgb( 35 , 111 , 161 )"><strong>National EMS Week</strong></span> by running or walking in the Mountainside Rescue Squad&#39;s second annual 5k fundraiser!</p> <p>We have three registrations:</p> <ul><li>5k Run which <span style="background-color:rgb( 251 , 238 , 184 )">will be timed</span> and you will receive a shirt if you register before May 1st</li><li>5k Walk which <span style="background-color:rgb( 251 , 238 , 184 )">will not be timed</span> but you still receive a bib and shirt if you register before May 1st</li><li>Kids fun run that starts at 8:30am - shirts are not available</li></ul> <p>Our course this year is a <span style="color:rgb( 186 , 55 , 42 )"><strong>USATF-certified 5K</strong></span>. The official course map and certification are provided below.</p> <p><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )"><strong>Because the start and finish locations are different, the race will use a gun start. Runners seeking the most accurate time are encouraged to line up toward the front at the start.  Timing will be recorded via RFID chips in each bib, which will be read at the finish line only.</strong></span><span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )"></span></p> <p><span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 )"><strong>Parking is limited!!
