<div><h4>Description</h4><p><p><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><br></font></p><p><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Masters Swim is a year-round program that is designed for adult swimmers who want to improve their overall fitness, develop better stroke techniques, train for a triathlon/competition, or is just attracted to the water. The goal is this program is to promote physical fitness through swimming. A coach is available to help improve stroke technique, help avoid injury, and improve performance. </font></p><p><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Participants must wear a bathing suit.
