<h2><span style="font-size:24pt"><strong>Christmas Parade 5K</strong></span></h2> <h2><strong>Saturday- December 6th – event starts at 4:30 PM</strong></h2> <h2><strong>To benefit the VSU Cross Country Teams</strong></h2> <p><span style="color:rgb( 224 , 62 , 45 );font-size:18pt"><strong>Festive apparel is not required – but certainly encouraged!</strong></span></p> <h3>Course: Starts and finished in Downtown Valdosta – an out and back course. Starts on North Patterson Street near Bennie’s Alley – heads north on N. Patterson Street to the turnaround point located between Moore and High Streets – returns south on N. Patterson Street to the finish line at Bennie’s Alley. </h3> <h6> </h6> <h3>Awards: The first 25 Male and 25 Female finisher’s will receive their award in the finish chute. Random prizes will be handed out to those not in the top 25 females/males. </h3> <h6> </h6> <h3>Give-a-ways: All participants who register will receive a Drawstring Shoe Bag. </h3> <h6> </h6> <h3>Entry Fee: Register online by 11:59AM, 12/06/2025. Early registration fee of $20 through November 27th - $25.00 November 28th through December 4th – $30 on December 5th through 6th by 11:59am. For those who choose to enter using paper applications between 3:15pm and 4:15pm - $40 per person – exact change, check or cash ONLY. There is a Family Discount through December 6th by 11:59am. – [Parent(s)/Children under the age of 18] $55 if received by 11/27, $70 thru 12/04. $85 by 12/06 by 11:59am.
