<h4><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">Chase the Shadow is a free, untimed fun run/walk/roll that is open to participants of all fitness levels. </span></h4> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h5><span style="color:rgb( 186 , 55 , 42 )"><strong>How does is work?</strong></span></h5> <h5><br /><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">The rules are pretty simple.
