Charlottesville Summer Trail Running Series Race Information

<p>Come join us for the extra special 10th annual Charlottesville Summer Trail Running Series!  This is a fun, relaxed, low-cost summer trail running series with 4 trail races from 5K to 5-miles in distance, all in the Charlottesville/Crozet area.  In addition to individual race prizes, there will be overall and top age group finisher prizes for the series, based upon cumulative time from all 4 races.</p> <p>Runners who complete all 4 races in the series will receive a Summer Series Finisher technical running shirt at the last race, and runners completing 3 out of 4 races will receive a cotton finishers shirt.  <span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Runners must register for the series in advance to be eligible for the Series Finisher Shirt</strong>.</span>  Additionally, all runners will receive a t-shirt for the first race.  There will also be age group awards for both men and women in the top three in the following age groups for each race as well as for the entire series:  Kids 12-U, 13-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70&#43;.  The series races sell out every year and we continue to expect high demand this year, so register now!</p> <p>**Sorry, no dogs in any of the races**</p> <p>**No refunds after May 1st**</p> <p><strong>Races and Dates:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Mint Springs Trail 5k</strong> <b>(formerly Crozet Running Trail 5k)</b> - Saturday May 3rd, 8:00am, Mint Springs Valley Park, Crozet</li><li><strong>O-Hilly Trail 5k</strong> - Tuesday June 3rd, 7:00pm, O-Hill, Charlottesville</li><li><strong>Boar&#39;s Head Turn and Burn</strong> (5 miles) - Saturday July 12th, 7:30am, Boar&#39;s Head Resort, Charlottesville</li><li><strong>Late Summer Meltdown 4-Miler</strong> - Tuesday August 12th, 7:00pm, Pen Park, Charlottesville</li></ul> <p>The cost for the entire 4-race series is just $65, or $55 for paid CATs members.  Kids 12 and under are $35.  You will receive a series finisher shirt, a t-shirt for the Mint Springs Trail 5k, the Summer Series BBQ/Cookout at the last race, as well as other finisher awards and top finisher awards throughout the series!    For the CATS member discount, go to <a href="https://runsignup.com/Club/VA/Charlottesville/CharlottesvilleAreaTrailRunners" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://runsignup.com/Club/VA/Charlottesville/CharlottesvilleAreaTrailRunners</a> to see if you&#39;re a current paid CATS member - if so, login using your Runsignup login information and your discount will be applied automatically at checkout.  If you&#39;re not a member, we would love to have you signup to support the club!</p> <p>Register now and guarantee your entry into the series!!</p>
