<p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>CHARACTER COUNTS! in St. Johns County Six Pillars 6K/3K Run/Walk</strong></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>WHEN</strong></span><br />February 7, 2026 - 9:00 AM</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>WHERE</strong></span><br />Palencia Elementary School<br />355 Palencia Village Drive<br />St. Augustine, FL 32095</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>ENTRY FEES</strong></span><br />6K/3K - $30 before January 1, $35 January 1 - February 6, $40 on Race Day<br /><br />Once registered and paid, no refunds will be given</p> <p>In the event of inclement weather, emergency or a natural disaster, the CHARACTER COUNTS! Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel the race or start at a later time. There will be no refunds in the event of cancellation for any reason.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>REGISTRATION</strong></span></p> <p>By mail to Community Relations at 40 Orange Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Mail-in registration must be postmarked by Friday, January 23, 2026. Make all checks payable to &#34;District Designated Accounts.&#34;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>PACKET PICK UP</strong></span><br />You may register and/or pick up your race packet on Friday, February 6, from 4 - 6 PM or on February 7, from 7 AM - 8:45 AM at the race site. </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>AWARDS</strong></span><br />Both the 6K and 3K runners may receive awards in the following categories - Overall Male and Female finishers, Male and Female Masters winners, and top 3 runners in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.<br /> <br /><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>T-SHIRTS</strong></span><br />Participants must be registered by December 31, 2025, to receive a run t-shirt (shirt size may be substituted).</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>RACE TIMING AND SCORING</strong></span><br />The race will be professionally timed and scored by Hasselmania Productions. The race will be timed using disposable electronic tags attached to the bib number. Please wear your bib number to the front, pinned at all four corners, so it is visible and unaltered.
