<p>The Point Forward Physical Therapy Century Challenge is back for its 8th year!  We all know that central Wisconsin weather can be cold and unpredictable making it easy to set your running on the back burner.  Our goal is to motivate runners and walkers to complete 100 miles of combined movement over the course of February and March.  Join us for the 8th annual Century Challenge!</p> <p>We will again be tracking our mileage in a custom spreadsheet that will be emailed prior to the start of the challenge so you can track your mileage, see your progress, and keep yourself accountable to this challenge.</p> <p>We will have swag bags available for all of those who finish!</p> <p> Good luck!</p>
