Celebrate Life Survivors 5k Run & Walk - Waco, TX

WHAT:
2nd Annual Celebrate Life Survivors 5K walk/run presented by Texas Oncology–Waco and Ascension Providence and benefiting Texas Oncology Foundation. All proceeds remain in the Waco community, supporting cancer patients through assistance and survivorship programs. 

WHEN & WHERE: 
Packet Pickup | Friday, Sept. 26 (3:00-6:00pm) at Ascension Providence Auditorium (6901 Medical Pkwy, Waco, TX 76712) 
Race Day | Saturday, Sept. 27 at Indian Spring Park (101 N. University Parks Dr., Waco, TX 76701) 

• 7:30am - Check-In Opens
• 8:15am - Survivor Celebration Lap
• 8:30am - 5K Begins, Followed by 1K (awards to follow race)

GET INVOLVED:

• 5K Walk/Run
  • $25.00 - Early-Bird Registration on or before September 5
  • $35.00 - Registration after September 5
  • $15.00 - Kids Registration (12 and under)
• 1K Walk/Run
  • $15.00 - Early-Bird Registration on or before September 5
  • $25.00 - Registration after September 5
  • $5.00 - Kids Registration (12 and under)
• FREE - Survivor Celebration Lap Registration (if you would like an event t-shirt the cost is $5.00)

To be guaranteed an event t-shirt you must register on or before September 5, 2025.
Notice: shirt sizes are guaranteed for all who register by September 5. We will do our best to provide an event shirt to all who register after September 5 (shirt size is not guaranteed at this time).
