<p><b>WELCOME TO A CHALLENGE YOU WON’T SOON FORGET; </b></p> <p><b>Long Distance race: Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 56 miles, Run 13.1 miles</b></p> <p><b>Intermediate distance race: Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 28 miles, Run 6 miles.</b></p> <p> </p> <p>Similar elevations to the courses in Lake Placid but <b>NO CUT OFF TIMES!</b>  Incredibly stocked aid stations on the bike and run courses.
