About Cape Cod Indoor Triathlon

Welcome to the Cape Cod Triathlon Team's First Indoor Tri!

This USAT Sanctioned event is based on time verses distance, meaning athletes are given a specific timeframe for each discipline and will go as far as they can in that given timeframe.  There will be heats commencing at staggered times.  Prior to the race you will know which heat you will be in and what time you will need to arrive. 

Swim = 15 minutes

Bike = 25 minutes

Run = 20 minutes

Volunteers will be tracking participant’s distances.

We will have an Athlete's Guide and a FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) section on the race page found on the CCTC website. 

We look forward to kicking off the 2026 racing season and seeing everyone at the Indoor Y Tri!

Tentative Event Schedule:

7:00 am Barnstable Y Opens for the Indoor Triathlon (Check in)

7:30-11:30 Swim Heats begin, racing continues on stationary bikes and the treadmills 

8:15 am Post-Race Area Opens

10:00 am Indoor Triathlon Ends

10am - YMCA Opens for all Members and the Community
