Bridge & Trestle 17 Mile Run Race Information

<p>The 2026 Bridge &amp; Trestle 17 Mile Run will be held on Saturday, December 13th.  The run will be entirely on the Virginia Creeper Trail, the exact course will be determined a bit closer to the race date, but hopefully we’ll be back in Damascus!!</p> <p>Race day packet pickup will begin at 8:30AM and the race will start at 10:00AM.   To continue our effort in keeping our beautiful trail clean and free of any trash, we&#39;re going cup-less again this year.  To help with this effort, we will have easy to carry, collapsible cups at packet pickup.  You will be able to use one of these cups (or your own hydration system) during the race at our aid stations.  We will have hot beverages and snacks available at the finish.</p> <p>This is a FREE run hosted by the State of Franklin Track Club and is part of the Club’s Trail Series and Long Distance Series competitions. Come out and join your fellow runners on this beautiful trail.  Please note that traditional awards are not given at this race, but ... the overall male and female, the person who finishes in the middle of the pack, and the final finisher will receive a handmade memento.  This year it will be zippered shoe bags with the State of Franklin Track Club logo.</p>
