BOG JOG 5K Race Information

<h4>Join us for the Irish <strong>Bog Jog 5K</strong> on <strong>Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at the Regalia Shopping Center</strong>.  The event is hosted by the Memphis Irish Society with the presenting sponsor being the Bog &amp; Barley Irish Pub. The race includes: t-shirts,  finisher&#39;s medals and awards for overall and age group winners. Whether you&#39;re a seasoned runner or just starting out, we think you will enjoy the fast, flat course course winding the through beautiful neighborhoods such as Kirby Woods and River Oaks. Bring your friends and come join in the fun for this first annual event. After the race, enjoy authentic Irish music, food, and drink.
