Black Dog Running Fall 2025 Training Race Information

<p><strong>MOVE FORWARD WITH US!</strong> Train with Black Dog Running Company and receive an  individualized weekly schedule based upon your current fitness level. You will train toward the goal of running doable, consistent efforts that increase your likelihood of <strong>improvement <em>and</em> enjoyment. </strong></p> <p><br /><strong>Black Dog Running&#39;s Coach Brent Bowers (<a href="https://bowerspercentagerunning.wordpress.com/blog/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bower Percentage Method</a>)</strong> bring you a brand new training cycle leading up to the October 25th &#39;<a href="https://coastalraceproductions.com/race/run-ocean-isle-beach-2025/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Run Ocean Isle</a>&#39; Race - which offers the opportunity to race the distance of Half Marathon (13.1 miles), 10K, and 5K distances. <br /><br />Kicking off with a time trial, you will have 13 weeks of pace goals, weekly plans, and feedback from Coach Brent.</p> <p><strong>Time Trial Dates:</strong><br />July 23rd OR July 24th (choose one) - 6:15pm</p> <p><strong>Training plan schedule will begin July 28.</strong></p> <p>Group runs will be hosted on:<br /><strong>Wednesdays at 6pm </strong><br /><strong>Thursdays at 6pm</strong><br /><strong>Saturdays at 7am </strong><br />- All runs meet at Black Dog Running Company. <br />(*times subject to adjustment)</p> <p>Whether you&#39;re just starting your running journey or want to get stronger, this is your time!</p>
