Come Join us for our First Annual Monster Mash Mile Fun Run. Looking to test your speed or just enjoy a morning stroll. Then come join us for our First Annual Monster Mash Mile in Downtown Hilo at Wailoa State Park. *** Wear your best costume in celebration of Halloween:)

*Date: October 18, 2025 with a 9:00 am start for the 1 mile event and 9:30 am start for the kid’s shorter distance race. 

*Location: Wailoa State Park in Downtown Hilo, Pavilion 2

*Awards: top 3 male and female mile times. Top 1 of Best Costume male and female. Top 1 of stroller male and female. All kids will receive a prize for the kids race.

*Fees: Free for BIRR members and kids12 years and under (fee will drop off in the registration) / $10 donation for non-members.

**Note the "kids" race for those 12 and under will be a 400 yard event:)
