<p>5K Run/Walk and Kids 1-Mile Obstacle Course Fun Run</p> <h5><span style="background-color:#fbeeb8"><b>We are back to our usual USATF certified 5K route!</b></span></h5> <p>The obstacle course fun run will be geared toward ages 5-12, but older and younger are welcome! No strollers allowed on the Obstacle Course. <br />Parents, please join your little ones! Racers will be grouped into age-appropriate heats (starting at 10:30 a.m.), but families are encouraged to run together.</p> <h4><b>SCHEDULE</b></h4> <h4>Packet Pick-Up</h4> <ul><li>Thursday, April 24, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Field House/Concessions Area, GDS campus</li><li>Late pickup on Race Day from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at the Greensboro Day School track</li></ul> <h4>Race Day April 26, 2025</h4> <ul><li>7:30-8:30 a.m.- Late Registration</li><li>8:45 a.m.- Warm-Up </li><li>9:00 a.m.- 5K Bengal Dash Run/Walk (chipped timed)</li><li>9:45 a.m. approximate- 5K Awards Ceremony (must be present to receive award)</li><li>10:30 a.m. approximate- Kids&#39; Obstacle Fun Run heats begin (no strollers)</li></ul> <h4>T-Shirt</h4> <p><b>Limited numbers available.
