Organizer's Description
Breathe in the sea air and unwind with a beginner friendly flow designed to stretch and relax your body and mind. In this class, we will go through basic vinyasa sequences with options for modifications for all skill levels with no pressure. All participants will receive a complimentary Starbucks Green Juice after class. Please bring a mat or a towel that can get sandy!
