Baptist Health Big Bad Wolf 5k & 1 Mile Lil' Piggy Run

Since 1995, this 5K Run and Fitness Walk has been a part of Paducah’s Barbecue on the River weekend. This race is regionally renowned for its legendary pig trophies, great t-shirts, and a flat course that you can run or walk your personal best time. This years race, sponsored by Baptist Health, brings back the popular corporate team challenge, where the team with the highest average pace gets the coveted traveling trophy, and bragging rights for the year. Don’t forget to bring the kids for the 1 mile youth run! This is a professionally timed event.

The race course for the 5K and the 1 mile youth run begins in downtown Paducah at the Paducah Bank main branch, located at 555 Jefferson Street.
