<p>Date--May 30,2026<br /><br />Location--Area 1 Rockford Lake 29988 S 108 Road Beatrice,Ne<br /><br />Distances--Approximately 4-5 miles <br /><br /><strong>RUCKING IS ADDED THIS YEAR. IF YOU PLAN ON RUCKING SIGN UP FOR THE DISTANCE ON LINE AND CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE REGULAR<br /></strong><strong>CHECK IN ON RACE DAY. THERE WILL BE A CUTOFF TIME IF YOU CHOOSE THE LONGER DISTANCE.  </strong><br /><br />Fees--$30<br /><br />Fees include--shirts,awards,snacks,drinks<br /><br />Registration closes May 15<br /><br />Check in--8:00am  East Shelter at Area 1<br /><br />Start--8:30am<br /><br />Format--Course is on trails of Rockford lake. Mostly on trails with a mix of trees and open pasture trails.</p> <p>During the race you will be directed to spots in the park for certain challenges.
