Amery Turkey Trot, presented by Brightside Running

Join us on Thanksgiving morning for the Amery Turkey Trot 5k, presented by Brightside Running!

Pop the turkey in the oven, then head to Amery with your family and friends to run, jog, or walk a 5k! This is a community event, open to adults and children alike!

Our Mission: Create fun, financially accessible, high-quality community events that promote healthy activity and bring people together.

Swag: All registrants will receive a 2025 Amery Turkey Trot t-shirt. Register by Monday, November 10 to be guaranteed a shirt in your size. We will have extra shirts at registration, but cannot guarantee a shirt in your size if you register after this date.

Course: The Amery Turkey Trot is an out-and-back 5k (3.1 miles) on the Stower Seven Lakes State trail, a flat gravel trail. Due to the out-and-back nature of this course, we ask that you practice good running conduct and keep to the right so runners may pass as needed.

*This is not a closed course. We will have volunteers at major road crossings, but not all. Please be mindful of traffic - your safety is the number one priority! 

*The trail is open to the public during this time. Please be mindful of other users.

*No dogs permitted.
