The race starts from Poinsett Park and runs down Frontage Road to Altamont Road. From there you will stay on the same road all the way to the Audubon loop before turning back up Altamont and back to Poinsett Park</span></h5> <h5> </h5> <h4><span style="color:#000000"><b><span style="color:#236fa1">Aid Stations</span></b> </span></h4> <h5><span style="color:#000000">There are three aid stations along the course. The first aid station will be located at mile 3 (water / tailwind only). The 2nd aid station will be located at the half way point and turnaround at CVS. The 3rd aid station will be located at mile 10 (same aid station as the first) Items may include: pickles, cookies, chips, assorted candy, fig newtons, &amp; pretzels. Hydration will include water, coke, and ginger ale. If you would like to donate an aid station supply of something that we do not offer or that is homemade feel free! Cup-less Event: Please provide your own hydration vessel for use at our aid stations  We gladly accept aid station donations of food items that you like to see at races.<br /></span></h5>
