You MUST pick up your award before you leave.  If you do not, we cannot hold/store awards and it will likely be given to a race day entry or someone else. It is simply too much to hold/store &amp; inventory the awards. </b></span><br /><span style="color:#000000"><b>Note: If you are registered for this race and you registered in time to choose a pullover BUT you are unable to run for whatever reason, you will NEED TO CONTACT us 24 hours BEFORE RACE DAY (we CANNOT make any changes with your registration within 24hrs of the race...we are simply too busy setting up at that time) and let us know if you&#39;d like us to hold on to your reserved pullover for you to pick up at a future Scoogie Event. If you do not do this, we cannot hold your shirt and it will be given to someone that registered after the deadline. We cannot mail your pullover!</b></span><br /><br /></h3> <h3 style="text-align:center"><br /><b><span style="color:#e1f70b"> </span></b><br /><span style="color:#000000"><b>IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING WEATHER: </b></span><br /><span style="color:#000000"><b>This event is a rain/shine event. </b></span><br /><span style="color:#000000"><b>This means that if it rains (and as long as the temperature isn’t low enough to freeze any surfaces), this event IS A GO…even in the rain….”skin is waterproof&#x1f600;” </b></span><br /><span style="color:#000000"><b>In the event that we experience bad weather such as snow or ice or any weather that would cause the course to be unsafe, we will cancel the event. </b></span><br /><span style="color:#000000"><b>There will be no refunds due to the fact that at this point all of the expenses for a race of this magnitude have been paid for. </b></span><br /><span style="color:#000000"><b> (medal &amp; pullover) will be able to be picked-up a yet to be determined SWAG pick up.</b></span><br /><span style="color:#000000"><b>NOTE: We do not issue any refunds, transfers or credits for any reason.
