5th Annual Falcons Walk for Wellness Race Information

<p>Come join us for the 5th annual Falcons Walk for Wellness! The Walk for Wellness is a 5K walk/run used to highlight the importance of mental and physical health. This event is &#34;by donation&#34; only, and funds raised will be donated to Bigger Than the Trail, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that uses trail running as a platform to advocate for mental health. Please go to <a href="http://www.bttt.run" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">www.bttt.run</a> for more information.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last year, we hit our goal of $2,235.00!! Funds raised helped provide almost 13 months of mental health services for someone in need. This year, we&#39;re upping our goal to $3,000.00! For every $5 donated under your name, you will receive one entry into our door prizes drawings! Be prepared to see someone take a pie to the face if we reach our goal of $3,000.00!</p> <p> </p> <p>This year&#39;s event will take place after an all-school assembly on Friday, May 17th. Kids do not need to register, but we ask that Parents, friends, and community members please register. Cost to register is by donation.</p> <h5>Schedule of events:</h5> <ul><li><b>12:00 pm -</b> Check-in, snacks, and pre-event festivities </li><li><b>12:30 pm</b> <b>-</b> Walk/run start time</li><li><b>1:15 pm</b> - Post-run food served</li></ul> <p>Lunch is free to all participants!
