Come join us for the 5th annual Falcons Walk for Wellness on May 22nd! The Walk for Wellness is a 5K walk/run used to highlight the importance of mental and physical health. This event is "by donation" only, and funds raised will be donated to Bigger Than the Trail, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that uses trail running as a platform to advocate for mental health. Last year, we hit our goal of $2,235.00!! Funds raised helped provide almost 13 months of mental health services for someone in need. This year, we're upping our goal to $3,000.00! For every $5 donated under your name, you will receive one entry into our door prizes drawings!
Schedule of events:
- 12:00 pm - Check-in, snacks, and pre-event festivities
- 12:30 pm - Walk/run start time
- 1:15 pm - Post-run food served
Lunch is free to all participants! There will be local agencies in attendance to highlight local resources.
