4th Annual Cancer Can Suck A Cactus 5/10k Race Information

<p><span style="font-size:14pt">Sunday, November 2nd in Kennebunk, Maine &amp; Virtual Globally</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14pt">Registration is now open! Join us on November 2nd, 2025 for an unforgettable event the whole family will enjoy along the scenic coast of southern Maine!</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14pt">Proceeds from this event will go towards <em>METAvivor </em>to support stage 4 breast cancer research, <em>Dana Farber Cancer Institute</em> to support pediatric cancer research and to <em>Cancer Can Suck a Cactus</em> to support our mission to foster a global community that empowers and enables exercise—because research has shown that cancer hates exercise (read why below). </span></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:14pt">Kennebunk racers</span></em></p> <ul><li style="font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">Start your race at the gorgeous Webhannet Golf Club, run along the Kennebunk coast, through charming neighborhoods &amp; then back to the Club for <strong>post-race snacks</strong> (including Congdon&#39;s Doughnuts), <strong>beverages</strong> (including Kit NA beer) <strong>and finisher medals</strong> (plus cacti for our first place finishers in the 5/10k).</span></li><li style="font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">The course is <strong>distance certified </strong>and we will have <strong>professional timing</strong>!</span></li><li style="font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">Our 0.5k/1k kids race starts at 10:45am followed by the 5k/10k starting at 11am</span></li></ul> <p><em><span style="font-size:14pt">Virtual racers</span></em></p> <ul><li style="font-size:14pt"><span style="font-size:14pt">We are hoping to beat our record from last year with both number of states (19) and number of countries (7)!
